Applications for Planning Permits

Applications for planning permits are advertised in 'The Mercury' on Wednesdays and Saturdays - download current advertisements below.

The relevant plans and documents can be inspected at the Council Offices, Bligh Street, Rosny Park during office hours for a period of 14 days commencing on the date on which notice of the application was given.

During the 14 day period any person may make representations about the application/s by writing to the General Manager, PO Box 96, Rosny Park, 7018, to be received by the date specified in the advertisement.

To enable us to contact you if necessary, would you please also include a day time contact number in any correspondence you may forward.

Applications marked * are also subject to a Works Application under the Historic Cultural Heritage Act 1995.
