LGAT Strategic Plan
The LGAT Strategic Plan is put together by the Association's General Management Committee in conjunction with the CEO and Secretariat. The Strategic Plan outlines the broad direction for the Association until 2024. In the plan, we identify key priority work areas that complement our day-to-day advocacy and services.
LGAT Annual Plan
Our 2024 Annual Plan describes our focus areas for the year ahead and further progress the priorities articulated within the Strategic Plan. We review our annual plan each quarter to ensure milestones are reached and report progress to the local government sector. Our 2024 focus areas are:
