Scope of Contract: The following list details the service categories required under this LGA Arrangement with an indication of the service elements included in each. It is not an exhaustive list as Purchaser requirements may include related services that are not specifically listed.

Strategic Planning and Program Management

Strategic planning of civil infrastructure projects/programs, including the provision of:

• Forward planning and client guidance
• Project scope definition to meet organisational requirements
• Project prioritisation
• Risk profiling
• Budgeting and financial forecasting
• Project scheduling
• Critical project success measures.

Program Management of civil infrastructure works

Civil Infrastructure

Project Management of projects for construction, demolition, maintenance and repair of:

• Roads, Bridges and tunnels
• Flood mitigation structures
• Aviation facilities
• Sporting and recreation facilities, including water parks
• Open Spaces (e.g. parks, beaches, natural areas & reserves)
• Other civil infrastructure as required by the Purchaser.

Buildings and Facilities

Project Management of projects for construction, demolition, maintenance, refurbishment and/or repair of buildings and facilities and associated services.

Removal of asbestos & other hazardous materials.

Water and Sewerage

Project Management of projects for construction, demolition, maintenance and/or repair of:

• Storage structures
• Distribution and reticulation systems
• Treatment facilities
• Recycling facilities
• Drainage facilities
• Control systems (incl. SCADA)
• Other water and sewerage infrastructure as required by the Purchaser.

Coastal and Marine

Project Management of projects for construction, maintenance and/or repair of:

• Piers, jetties, wharfs and pontoons
• Seawalls, groynes and breakwaters
• Boat Ramps
• Dredging
• Other coastal and marine infrastructure as required by the Purchaser.

Environmental and Waste Management

Project Management of projects for construction, maintenance and/or repair of:

• Landfill flare and gas operations, and associated electrical generation
• Carbon accounting
• Solid and liquid waste collection
• Kerbside collections
• Transfer stations
• Landfill site operations
• Material recycling
• Weighbridges
• Other environmental and waste management infrastructure as required by the Purchaser.
