LGAT Annual General Meeting

The annual general meeting of LGAT is held in conjunction with the annual conference. In accordance with the Rules of Association, the function of the annual general meeting is to receive the president's report; receive and adopt the financial statements for the preceding financial year; determine the president's honorarium and any honorarium for the vice-president; adopt a budget for the forthcoming financial year; to set subscriptions for the forthcoming financial year; to receive reports from LGAT representatives; and to consider any amendments to the Rules of Association.

The annual general meeting receives the declaration of the poll for the election of the president and the LGAT General Management Committee.

A copy of the agenda and minutes is sent to all councils.
