Scope of contract:

Chemical products acceptable for use in drinking water treatment by the Australian Drinking Water Guidelines (revised 2016), in various states and strength, including but not limited to:

  • Activated Carbon (GAC and PAC)
  • Aluminium Chlorohydrate (ACH)
  • Aluminium Hydrochloride
  • Aluminium Sulphate (Alum)
  • Calcium Hydroxide
  • Calcium Hypochlorite
  • Citric Acid
  • Ferrous Chloride
  • Hydrochloric Acid
  • Liquid Polymer
  • Liquid Sugar
  • Liquified Chlorine Gas
  • Magnesium Hydroxide
  • Polyelectrolyte
  • Potassium Permangenate
  • Sodium Bisulfite (SDS)
  • Sodium Carbonate (Dense Soda Ash)
  • Sodium Chloride
  • Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic Soda)
  • Sodium Hypochlorite.

Chemicals are not limited to those specifically listed. Whilst technically not a water treatment chemical, Fluoride products may be supplied in this category.

Agricultural Chemicals and Fertilisers – Supply and/or delivery of Chemical products classed as:

  • Herbicides
  • Insecticides
  • Fungicides
  • Fertiliser
  • Adjuvants.
