LGAT Procurement has established panel contracts for the supply of a wide range of goods and services.

When a council chooses to use a LGAT Procurement contract, it removes the necessity for them to approach the wider market. This is because LGAT Procurement has already undertaken a rigorous open tender process that satisfies probity requirements and achieves best value for councils.

Any council or subsidiary constituted within the meaning of the Local Government Act 1993 (Tas) as amended and any other organisation as approved by LGAT from time to time can access the contracts.
