LGAT Annual General Meeting

We hold the annual general meeting to:

  • receive the president's report
  • receive the financial statements for the preceding financial year
  • determine the president's honorarium and any honorarium for the vice-president
  • adopt a budget for the forthcoming financial year
  • to set subscriptions for the forthcoming financial year
  • to receive reports from LGAT representatives; and
  • to consider any amendments to the Rules of Association.

The annual general meeting also receives the declaration of the poll for the election of the president and the LGAT General Management Committee during election years.

A copy of the agenda and minutes is sent to all councils.
